Can I apply hydrocortizone to my mouth for eczema ?
Eczema on your lips...are you sure it's not herpes? Nope...I wouldn't do the hydrocortizone anywhere hard by your mouth. Get your doctor to take a look at that and prescribe you something.
No. It is a topical gel and that means for use on the outside. If you use it on your maw then if you lick them you are ingesting it.
