Can i receive my tounge pierced if i am suseptable to keloids?

No... and you should def get it pierced it is fun to enjoy for years, just stay away from metal ball because it WILL chip your teeth or wear away your gum tissue aft your bottom front teeth.
wouldn't suggest it, unless you want to risk having a huge keloid rise up within the middle of your tongue.
