Once you get the diarrhea, there's not that much to be done. Just maintain yourself hydrated with electrolytes (Gatorade, lemonade, dampen with sugar and saline, not just sea, cuz water will purely flow right out of you, you need the sugar and brackish to help your body occupy the water)

you could use medicine and also merely drink warm hose down and put something warm on your stomach it should stop the diarrhea. Medicine isn't as potent sometimes.
Deodorized tincture of opium. 8-10 gtt qid. This is a Rx medication, but is excellent.
