Best flu remedy?
Spend most of your time in bed! Drink fluids, and for your consumption times...drink soup! Keep the fluids going inside of you, as much as you can. If dehydration hits you, you will be much more ill. I use Power Ade, or Propel fitness drinks, I appear to get better, much faster than when I basically drink water. I hope this can work for you, as okay.
Electrolytes!! (gatorade, salts, chicken soup)
Supportive support - like tylenol for confusion or pain, lots of fluids, and rest.
If you treat it, it last a week, if you don't treat it, it goes away surrounded by seven days.
