Big Under-the-skin acne problem. Help!?

About a week ago I felt something thorny under my skin and I know what it was right away.one of those zits that never breaks the skin but feel like it's a mile long and protruding out 5 foot. I know I should have not here it alone but I couldn't help myself and very soon I have a big red gash on my frontage from where I dug and dug to pry it out. There's even a traceable small hole in the center that looks as if it go a centimeter down into my pores.
I should just tolerate it heal and go off it alone but does anyone have any tips for covering it up or a most minuscule making it less conspicuous?Big Under-the-skin acne problem. Help!?
Well what I do sometimes is wash it really well-mannered make sure that it's not start anymore and then apply some lightweight structure...just brand name sure to wash bad the make-up after your done beside the day if then it will label it alot worse. Also don't ever dig at a pimple those kind are the ones that go away if you mop up your face regularly since it's wide down into the pore.
