Best ways to STOP BITING YOUR NAILS? I'm Desperate! Ive tried approaching EVERYTHING! HELP!?

HELP! My nails are thoroughly short because I bite them. I can harldy even tell when I'm doing it because its be such a bad habbit for 15 years. I've tried gloves, the nastly polish, cold turrkey, and acrilyx nail. But i really really want to stop. What're things that work?Best ways to STOP BITING YOUR NAILS? I'm Desperate! I used to bite my nails. I put some finger fastener polish on the that tasted aweful. So when I bite them I didn`t close to the taste. I quit bitting them.
focus on growin ur nail so that u can apply nail paint and kind it look beautiful. simply strong will power can help. ive tried and it works
in attendance are special nail polishes that taste so bitter and sour that it nearly makes you wanna vomit, so you dont even wanna lick your nail. hope it helps..
thats a flawless question i cant stop biting my nail either but i own painted them so i wouldnt bite them but i just give up on that cause staple polish on short nails is so revolting, try getting some nail strengthner or purely get some acrylic nail and leave them on for a long time and when u resolve to take em of put pin strengthner on them.
Good luck!! What worked for me was..I stopped biting my pinkie nail. When I could see white from the palm side of my hand, I stopped biting the ring finger nail. When I could see the white from the palm side, I stopped biting my middle finger nails, etc, etc. When I have a full set of nails, if one broke, I could bite it down, later stop. Today, I have gorgeous, thick nail. Good luck, it is hard.
