Kidtechnical is right. Babies are conceived out of gametes, ie special cell that are produced by sex organs, that's spermatozoids for men and ovas for women. BTW, a woman is born with her entire set of ovas whereas a man produces spermatozoids lifelong after puberty. Receiving (entire) blood, even if does involve acceptance a little amount of DNA from white blood cell of the donor, does not modify gametes.
