Best medication for sinus pressure/congestion?

I have a horrible manager cold and nothing seem to work. I took allergy pills, tavist and alka seltzer cold and still have stuffy hunch. Any ideas?Best medication for sinus pressure/congestion?
The item that works for me is a medication like Tylenol Sinus or a similar product. They contain Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine HCL), which is a greatly good decongestant for various people. The stuff that you DON'T enjoy to ask for at the pharmacy doesn't touch stuffiness for most people
You might also want to win some nasal spray; Four-Way's regular spray (NOT the 12-hour stuff) works very in good health.
Good luck, and feel better soon!
i really love sudafed
skip the pills, stir to a Whole Foods Market, or a health food store, and obtain what is called a "nettie pot".
It's roughly a small ceramic teapot looking item. You put a teaspoon of salt and thaw out (but not hot) water surrounded by it, and turn your head completely horizontal on it's side and pour the sea in the top nostril.
It go all through your sinuses and wager on out the other nostril.
The salt marine is good for your mucus membranes and will not lone wash out the excess mucus, but it will shink the membranes making it easier to breath through.
I would do this 1-3 times a light of day, in respectively nostril until it clears up.
Trust me, it sounds a little wierd, but it will totally work, and unlike adjectives those pills, has no side affects as it's totally automatic.
try a netty pot...to clean your sinuses...can be more potent that meds..you can buy one at a health food store,or gain one online
