Can any other antibiodic besides levaquin be used to treat a urinary trac infection?
Not sure what antibiotic but when my cousin gets these, she drinks single cranberry juice and wet.
You can also try taking 8 to 10 garlic capsules respectively day. They backing fight infections and relieve build up the immune system. That along with the liquid and water might assistance clear that up.

Absolutely. Most antibiotics can be used to treat a uti. Sulfa is one of the most popular, but also cause a rash within a lot of family. Cipro is another one. I've taken Levaquin and Microbid for utis and kidney infections. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any question.
Macrobid is the common antibiotic used to treat UTI's. In reality, it isn't used for anything else.
Levaquin is a fairly bright broad spectrum antibiotic (this means it's efficient in butchery many different bacteria).
If you are have problems taking levaquin, you need to run back to the doctor, or at lowest call him/her and inform him/her of this.
