Can anyone smoke pot if the character have glorious blood pressure?

This is real, so not stupid answers pleaseCan anyone smoke pot if the character have glorious blood pressure?
Umm it unequivocally does raise blood pressure and increases the heart rate pretty much similar to when you smoke a cigarette...and it doesn't necessarily make you oil! Only if you do it alot and eat alot afterwards later you'd most likely put on shipment...But anyway, I smoke it ocassionally and I'm on blood pressure medication...it's not a huge deal.
Smoking pot probably does not incline your BP but it makes you slow, hungry and lubricant, which in turn raise your blood pressure.
Smoking in any form is not virtuous for health. You can own many other complications
