Many people suffer from a condition call TIA( transient ischemic attacks) or" mini strokes",there is other a some residual effects to brain cells. So they can't treat themselves because brain cells can't rejuvenate, they can re-route themselves to form a nouns so function can return .That takes time, and nearby is a scar resembling formations, seen on brain scan of these patients. With proper physical therapy and rehab, and medication people are living longer and better.
