Yes, flat feet (which is alike as pes planus) can cause heel spurs.
Heel spur is inheritance based. Its Arthritis contained by a sence.
nope, spurs are due to hyper calcification (too much calcium in the bloodstream) Cut down on the dairy and the problem will travel away.....unless of course here is a problem with your parathyroid
