neuropathy is literally disease of the nerves, or nervous system. It's the standard term they use for problems near your nerves. Bells Palsy is a problem with nerves within the face so I guess you could right to be heard there is a nouns. Neuropathy is just the big umbrella possession and bells palsy falls under it.
