Can anyone narrate me any more roughly Xanthelasma?

has anyone out in attendance got it and have treatment to remove the horrible things? Is it always down to glorious cholesterol or could it be something else causing them? Can anyone narrate me any more roughly Xanthelasma?
Most commonly these white plaques are associated near raised cholesterol. Only now and then they will occur next to normal lipid level. They can be removed, giving excellent results, but unless your cholesterol is lowered they will almost inevitably recur quickly on matching site.
its a musical instriment
