Do you mean oral contraceptives? The studies are inconclusive because they indicate that oral contraceptives end the risk for ovarian and endometrial cancer while increasing the risk for breast or cervical cancer. So, it's a mixed bag that a women must meticulously weigh.
There is no solid evidence one way or the other
because lots women never develop these cancers and enjoy used oral contraceptives . . so it is a risk you take. But, not unlike any other risk.

Do you stingy birth control? If so then no, the wreak of cervical cancer is HPV, the cause of most other womens cancer are unknown. These pills are actually simulating pregnancy so that your body won't release the ovum and it will be smaller quantity likely to attach if/when fertilized. Take your birth control and don't smoke and practice nontoxic sex or abstinence and you should be fine.
