NO. Epididymitis is any inflammation of the epididymis, caused by any number of infections (STD and otherwise). You can't go past them to offspring that route.
Cure the epididymitis by seeing a doctor, identifying the infection and completing the appropriate treatment. Then you won't hold anything to worry just about (as far as your children are concerned, anyway).
