Can anyone update me an alternative method for dealing beside small skin cancer patch.?

after a biopsy - and it is basil cell carsinoma - is surgery the only answer - where on earth do we go for alternative methods of dealing near skin cancer cells. any clinics etc. surrounded by the tampa florida area??Can anyone update me an alternative method for dealing beside small skin cancer patch.?

walk seek medical attention near is many ways to dealing near it .. but they will let u know !! within is cryotherapy which works perfectly next to no pain at adjectives .. and there is ofcourse the physical removal of the entity .. i tried both and to be honest both work fine and are not painful at adjectives ... the one where they removed it i get a local injection and i was lay on my back .. after nearly 5 minutes i asked the surgeon so when are u actually gonna start .. and he said it already removed i looked trailing me and there be blood everywhere .. (it was moderately big (about 10mm) and didnt feel a piece ..
