Can colon cancer be found within a cat-scan?
A CT for colon cancer is commonly used after diagnosis and is taken to tell if the cancer have spread into the liver or other organs. A CT may also be used to guide the biopsy to a suspected malignancy.

I believe so, but a colonoscopy is generally what most doctors do first. I be just diagnosed next to a mass in my colon. Due to the size and my house history I have to gain it removed. I hope that this is what it shows for you. God Bless
it can be detected, but only when the tumor(s) reach a certain size (at tiniest a few mm in diameter).
