Can brain tumor sympyoms come and progress after months?

i had fruitless headache 4 months ago that started in wager on of my head and afterwards couple of days later contained by the front also and i cured it with decongestant (doctor said its sinus problem).
Now after 3 months im experiencing same point but with solely slight headache in the wager on of my head/neck and some muscle problems (weekness).
Im scared it have something to do with tumor cuz im have now same distress in same fragment of the head (but not surrounded by the front anymore) and with also some muscle problems.
can this be tumor near syptoms that come and go after 3 months?
But beacuse i cured it within the first time 4 months ago only beside nasal decongestant im worried if i should wait in a minute to see a doctor..

First of all, if your Dr be concerned with it mortal a brain tumor, then he/she would own immediatly done MRI's and x-ray's that day. Not make clear to you to get some sinus medication. I deliberate you are worried for nothing. Take indistinguishable meds you took 4 mnths ago and stop worrying.
Oh come on. It's not a brain tumor. You have congestion again. The pollen is TERRIBLE this year and because so much of the country is surrounded by a terrible drought, it's not going away.
So turn get anything you got the second time and try it. If it doesn't go away or seize better in a few days...move about to the doctor because you probably have a sinus infection. NOT a tumor.
