Can a female Westie dog enjoy a Blatter Infection? She is only 8 months and 9 lbs. If so, how can I treat it?Can dogs hold blatter infections?
Absolutely dogs can own bladder infections. Generally, you
will see blood in the urine or she may appear to be surrounded by pain
when she is urinating.
Treatment for bladder infections is largely with antibiotics
and painkillers, and these would inevitability to be prescribed by a
veterinarian.
However, there are other reason why a dog may have blood surrounded by the urine or appear to be in stomach-ache while urinating, and only a
veterinarian would be capable of properly diagnose what's going
on with your puppy.
