Can a female Westie dog enjoy a Blatter Infection? She is only 8 months and 9 lbs. If so, how can I treat it?Can dogs hold blatter infections?

i'm not sure about 'blatter' infections. but bladder infections- i reason so. take her to the vet even if it's not an infection- if she is sick- transport her. wasn't being denote about blatter- but come on!
