Need a good one beside not so complicated recipies and maybe a lunchtime planner. Or if you know a good recipe to share that would be great also.Can anyone recommend a perfect Cookbook for a not long diagnosed Diabetic?
There's a cookbook call, "The Cookbook for Diabietics Type 1 and 2." Since diabietes is spreading, limited quanties. P.S. This is an awesome cookbook, my uncle is a diabitc, he loves it!
Betty Crocker have a diabetes cookbook i love betty crokcker and even though i not diabetic my bbf is and she has adjectives kinds of yummy food she can munch through
