i guess what i am trying to vote is it is very significant for an individual "kicking" to do so with medical staff handy constantly taking the blood pressure and assessing the physical condition of the person withdrawing.
relatives get totally "sick" going through this process anyway so it is important to hold them as comfortable as possible and have honest nutrition available.
