Sarah... looking at your rank, weight and measurements I'd enunciate you're just right. You enjoy a tiny waist and very small hips... you must be a size 0 or 2, right? I wouldn't even suggest twice about the number on the enormity... go by the mirror and your clothes.
As for the muscle vs margarine thing... muscle doesn't "weigh more than fat". I know empire say that adjectives the time. It's like clich¨| rocks weigh more than feathers. Well, only when you hold the same VOLUME of respectively does one weigh more than the other. Fill a jar with rocks and a same size jar beside feathers and yes, the jar with rocks will weigh more. But compress a tea cup with rocks and a pickup truck near feathers and the feathers will weigh more. The comparison between muscle and fat is that muscle is DENSER than fleshy. One pound of muscle will take up much smaller number room (smaller jar) than one pound of fat. That's why it's biddable to have more muscle, smaller number fat... you'll weigh more but you'll pocket up less room (in other words, you'll be smaller). Since we don't saunter around with our weights posted on our back, being smaller is far better than self lighter.
HTH,
Stacie
Muscle weighs more than large.
muscle weighs more than chubby. That's the reason when you're exercising trying to lose consignment you don't see much of a difference in solidity loss, but are stronger. The muscles will make you weigh more or stay like while exercising. Give it time. it'll go down if carry on healthy diet.
