Boil under your own steam?

I have a small boil-like bubble on my foot. There's no juice or puss in it. It looks similar to there's just nouns in it. I want to know what they are call and whether or not I should pop it with a hypodermic or something. Should I leave it alone or what?Boil under your own steam?
That sounds approaching a blister and no don't pop it. People commonly make that mistake but the bubble is nearby to protect the new skin growing underneath.
If its what i chew over it is, I had something similar on my paw years ago. Its kinda like a blister that you bring back because that specific part doesnt find enough nouns or something. Mine grew to the size of the whole top of my foot. I think its call "hand foot mouth disease". It will eventually walk away. Hope that helped.
