What is the burning juice that you achieve when you almost puke from a good thoughtful burp? Is it just tart or another concotion of juice?Burping and burning juice?

It's bile, aka stomach acid. It help to dissolve your food.
Bile is from your liver, its just sour, which can eat away at the facing in your esophagus. Duh!
