From blood or semen exchange ONLY. You could lay next to him and build out and still be OK. Unless he has a festuring/ bloody cut within his mouth and you do to, then you might be at risk. but you can lay stripped away with no worries. Sounds close to a good time to me....

Anybody can get HIV from anybody, whether they are masculine or female. But, for HIV to verbs you need to exchange body fluids through a break contained by the skin. You will not get HIV merely from lying naked subsequent to another person.

Firstly - No, not basically from lying on top of one another. There have to be an exchange of bodily fluids. If there be no semen present, or if neither of you had bleeding/open cuts you are fine.
Secondly - It would be HIV that is to say contracted (the virus that leads to AIDS) - not AIDS itself.
