Can a birthmark spread?

i've had a small birthmark when i be little. the birthmark is brown in color but not too dull. i have asian skin. only just i noticed that it have spread. they look like blotches on my trunk nouns. they are located at the same nouns but has a few spaces between them. is this birthmark or what?Can a birthmark spread?
They can "grow" if your skin is stretching.
My son have one on his shin and it's gotten a little bigger presently that he's older.
If you enjoy a couple of little ones together than, YES, it will look like they are getting farther apart.
