Since diabetes is not a disability, it is a condition, I really don't think so. With the proper treatment, a party can function very will beside diabetes. Social security does not certify it. How do I know, I am a diabetic and on disabilty, but not for diabetes, for an injury that left me incompetent to do the work I was trained for.
