My sister has have brown discoloration on her face that almost looks close to a tan specifically peeling sour and revealing the white skin underneath. She's had this very soon for about a years time. It doesn't in truth peel. Anyone know what this is?Brown blotches on obverse?

Its skin pigmentation. Does she clutch birth control pills? They cause shady spots on the face. Also pregnancy cause this too.
