Brown skin above top lip?
I get brown spots from taking the birth control pill, mine are on my forehead, but I know of some friends that enjoy gotten them where you enjoy them. I use a skin lightener serum ( by Bliss) and it helps (don't find ones with hydroquinone, it is alarming!). Also wear sunscreen on your face, because the sun just makes these "hormonal spots" worse.

Its your hormones. I believe it is cause by too much testostorone in your body.

sounds really silly but hold you got freckles?? i have the same problem few years ago but mine be like crash and it was here...i realized it be all my freckles coming out and merging together they give the impression of being to swell during the summer..it was very well embarrassing thought it be dirt at first and scrubbed similar to hell lol
