I woke up this morning with a pea sized fleshy bump below my armpit. it's kind of pink and is a short time sore and is located on the skin, not underneath it. it's not hard any. i'm 14 and i'd like to perchance get an impression of what it is before seeing a doctor... thank you.Bump beneath armpit?
More than credible you got a staff infection from shaving. Put some anti-biotic on it for a daytime or two - it might get somewhat bigger - but call the dr and check if it doesn't move about away in a morning or two.
It could also be an infected hair folicle - again the joy of shaving pits.
Be sure to clean your cut-throat regularly.
could be irritation from shaving, which can lead to sebaceous cysts. probably will move about away on its own, but if continues to get larger, requirement to see a doctor.
It is either an infection from using a dirty cut-throat, which can be treated by a doctor, it is common. Or if it itches could be a spider bite?
Unles you enjoy a history of hives it sounds like a bug bite, put a litle rubbing alcohol or micrachrome on it to see if it stings or a red bite red mark appears. You may also have slept on something within your bed?
Sounds like an ingrown hackle, or possibly, as someone else noted, irritation from shaving.
